Join us for a mindful walk (ForesMind method) which brings you all the positive health benefits that come from spending time in nature. During the walk we will clarify our thoughts and connect our senses with nature while seeing the most beautiful spots and sights of Nuuksio. The activity includes information about the health effects of spending time in nature and we also do some yoga based stretching, mindfulness exercises and meditation. This activity will help you to become relaxed and recharged
If you wish we can also light a campfire, feel the atmosphere of the fire and cook traditional pot coffee (separate program and price). Please ask more: email@example.com
- Duration of the activity is 1,5 - 2 hours or according to your wishes. The lenght of the walk can also be modified to your group
- This activity can be arranged in all weather conditions and all year around

- The default location is Nature Center Haltia and it's surrounding area, other locations are also possible
- Minimum charge is for 10 persons, prices are including VAT 24%
What to pack: Outdoorsy clothing matching the weather (we prefers layers so bring an extra layer for the break!) and good shoes. Water bottle is recommended too
