Yoga with Trees!
Come and see the beautiful scenery, breath the cleanest air in the world, hear the silence, smell the fresh forest, feel the Northern paths under your feet and connect your senses with nature by being present in the moment!
Join us for a relaxing and recharging yoga (suitable for beginners) and meditation session in the pure and energizing Finnish nature. This activity brings you all the positive health benefits that come from spending time in nature and during the yoga we will clarify our thoughts and connect our senses with nature. The activity includes information about the health effects of spending time in nature and how to benefit from them in our daily lives. This activity will help you to become recovered, relaxed and recharged.
- Duration of the activity is 1,5 - 2 hours or according to your wishes. The lenght of the walk can also be modified to your group
- This activity can be arranged in all weather conditions and all year around

- The default location is Nature Center Haltia and it's surrounding area, other locations are also possible
- Minimum charge is for 10 persons, prices are including VAT 10%
What to pack: Outdoorsy clothing matching the weather (we prefers layers so bring an extra layer for the break!) and good shoes. In case of rain we will provide good and comfortable rain capes. Water bottle is recommended too. In winter please dress super warm!
